    DELIVERY POLICY

    Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order (processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling). The following delivery policy applies to all goods purchased for delivery online at shop.bristol-sport.co.uk or at the Bristol Sport Store at Ashton Gate. All goods are sent on a standard courier signature service (All parcels must be signed for: it is the customers’ responsibility to make themselves available for delivery). Whilst we endeavour to deliver in 3-5 working days, it can in extreme circumstances take up to 20 working days, these will include, when ordering bespoke items and during seasonal periods when the service is under high pressure. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit to you.
    Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

    RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or you receive any products that are faulty or damaged then please contact us via email with your order reference and if possible an image of the damage, we can then advise on the most suitable solution. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt of merchandise.

    PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

    Please note personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Customised shirts with a player’s name and number cannot be exchanged, squad numbers will be correct at time of purchase. Bristol Sport takes no responsibility for squad number changes or player transfers.

    RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL

    Please enclose a cover letter explaining the issue with the products and your order reference, and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund. We recommend if you do return any products back to us you send it recorded delivery. Bristol Sport will take no responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
