DELIVERY POLICY

All order are sent on a standard courier signature service. All parcels must be signed for, and it is the customers’ responsibility to make themselves available for delivery. The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your parcel to Ashton Gate. 

Whilst we endeavour to deliver in 2-5 working days, it can in extreme circumstances take up to 14 working days during seasonal shopping periods or during a kit launch period, when the service is under high pressure. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit to you, so please allow a good amount of time if you need your order for a specific date. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday - Sunday will not be processed until Monday. 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for full refund (Excluding Postage), within 28 days of your purchase date, as long as the items are in their original sold condition and are not personalised.
