RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for an exchange or full refund (Excluding Postage), within 28 days of your purchase date, as long as the items are in their original sold condition and are not personalised.
Please remember that personalised and customised items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. (See personalised products section.)
Please return the items in their original condition and packing with the labels attached, to BSL Store Returns, Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Gate, Bristol, BS3 2EJ.
Please enclose inside the return parcel, a note with your order number, your name, your address, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like an alternative product, please enclose the details of what you would like, and a postage payment for the additional parcel to be sent. (We can hold the item at the store if you would prefer to collect it.)
We recommend if you do return any products back to us you send it recorded delivery. Bristol Sport will take no responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
Alternatively you can return your items to the store within 28 days, in their original condition and packing with the labels attached, where the team will be happy to help you.
If you receive any products that are incorrect/faulty or damaged then please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference and if possible an image of the damage, so that we can then advise on the most suitable solution.
Used or printed merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
