Christmas delivery
Please note, we advise customers to place orders before 2pm on Tuesday, December 17th for guaranteed Christmas delivery in the UK.
Orders with online exclusive items from Terrace should be placed before Friday, December 13th to receive the item in time for Christmas. These items come from an external supplier and we do not hold the stock here.
Please allow up to 5 working days during the festive season for orders to be dispatched. In extreme circumstances, and for orders with personalisation, processing times may increase further. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Standard UK delivery (£5.95):
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided, via our courier who aims to deliver within 1-4 working days.
Providing you have given the appropriate information, Evri will send you an email with your tracking and delivery information. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a confirmation email message that your parcel is out for delivery and will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.
Free UK delivery:
Available on orders, to UK addresses, over £100. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided, via our courier who aims to deliver within 1-4 working days.

International Delivery (£20):
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided, via our courier who aims to deliver by 5 working days pending customs clearance.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for full refund (excluding postage), within 28 days of your purchase date. Please note, this only applies to items that are in their original sold condition and are not personalised. It does not apply to made to order, pre-order items.
