Click & Collect

We are pleased to offer a Click & Collect service to our online customers. You can choose this option at the checkout phase of your order.

Please note that orders placed on a Sunday, or a match day, may take longer to despatch. 

Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. Whilst we endeavour to complete all orders for collection within 72 hours of being placed, please wait for your second confirmation e-mail, confirming that your order is ready for collection, before travelling to the stadium to avoid disappointment.

Collection:

We will hold your order at the Bristol Sport Store at Ashton Gate Stadium for you to collect within one month of purchase. If you fail to pick up your order after a month of your purchase date, your products will be returned to stock.

If you can't make it to the store in this time frame, but would like us to keep your order, please contact the store and request an extended time period. This will be at the club's discretion.

All collection orders are processed and made ready for collection at Ashton Gate Stadium only, the service is not available from any other Bristol Sport Retail locations.

Orders can be collected during the following opening hours:

Wednesday - Saturday: 10am - 4pm*

Sunday - Tuesday: Closed
