Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item/s for a full refund (excluding postage), within 28 days of your purchase date.

Returns can be taken into our store or online orders can be posted to;

Please enclose the original delivery note inside the returns parcel or, if unavailable, your order number and your name.

Should you need to return any products, we recommend that you send it via recorded delivery. Bristol Sport will take no responsibility for any returns lost in transit.


Personalised items are non-returnable. Once a name, number or league patch has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless faulty. The same applies if the Club badge changes, a player leaves the Club or changes his squad number during his time at the Club. We cannot refund or exchange personalised items for sizing errors, therefore please take care to ensure you order the correct size.

Items must be in their original sold condition.  


If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and re-order the desired product. Alternatively, you can visit the store and we will be able to exchange the product for you.  

Faulty or damaged goods:

If you receive any products that are incorrect/faulty or damaged then please contact us via email on with your order reference and if possible an image of the damage, so that we can then advise on the most suitable solution.


For health and hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on this product.
