Printing Disclaimer

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Shirt Printing

Please note, personalisation is now available for both Bristol City and Bristol Bears online as well as in store.

We ask that customers ensure they are happy with the sizing and fit of their shirt before printing, as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers and sleeve badges have been applied. 

Bristol Sport cannot accept liability for any changes to player's names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

The price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 14 letters. However, this is dependent on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 14 letters. If this is the case, an operator will contact you to discuss your choice. If necessary, they may request an alternative.

Aftercare:

Shirts with printing should not be washed for the first 48 hours. They should then be washed inside out, with no fabric softener, on a 30-degree wash.

If you need to iron the product, ensure it is on a cool setting and iron briefly inside out. Do not repeatedly iron where the prints are, as this will cause the edges of applied logos to lift.

Use this listing to pre-order the new Away shirt in sizes 5XL, 6XL and 7XL for a two-week period only.

All orders will be submitted following the deadline of 11.59pm on Thursday, September 4th. We estimate the shirts will be out for delivery/available for collection from the end of October.

These shirts will be made to order therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Please note: this shirt will be worn by the men’s and women’s teams on the road during the 2025/26 season. The men’s front of shirt partner will be confirmed and all shirts ordered will feature their logo.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided, via our courier who aims to deliver within 1-4 working days. 

Providing you have given the appropriate information, Evri will send you an email with your tracking and delivery information. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a confirmation email message that your parcel is out for delivery and will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.

Free UK delivery:
Available on orders, to UK addresses, over £100. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided, via our courier who aims to deliver within 1-4 working days.

International Delivery (£20):
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided, via our courier who aims to deliver by 5 working days pending customs clearance.

Providing you have given the appropriate information; they will send you an email with your tracking and delivery information. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a confirmation email that your parcel is out for delivery and will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.
