Printing Disclaimer

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Shirt Printing

Please note, personalisation is now available for both Bristol City and Bristol Bears online as well as in store.

We ask that customers ensure they are happy with the sizing and fit of their shirt before printing, as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers and sleeve badges have been applied. 

Bristol Sport cannot accept liability for any changes to player's names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

The price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 14 letters. However, this is dependent on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 14 letters. If this is the case, an operator will contact you to discuss your choice. If necessary, they may request an alternative.

Aftercare:

Shirts with printing should not be washed for the first 48 hours. They should then be washed inside out, with no fabric softener, on a 30-degree wash.

If you need to iron the product, ensure it is on a cool setting and iron briefly inside out. Do not repeatedly iron where the prints are, as this will cause the edges of applied logos to lift.

The red home shirt is crafted from O’Neills’ high-performance Jacquard fabric – a material woven on a specialised loom to create intricate patterns directly in the fabric. Lightweight, durable, breathable, and quick drying, it’s engineered for both comfort and performance. This will be accompanied by red shorts, unique to the women’s team.

As well as this, the tie-dye pattern down the side illuminates the robin on the City badge, with Bristol City on the cuffs.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your parcel will be sent to the shipping address provided, via our courier who aims to deliver within 1-4 working days.
