As an Under-12 Season Ticket holder, you can now redeem your free 2025/26 Youth shirt/jersey with the unique Gift Card Number and PIN you will have been sent. 

Your Gift Card Number will allow you to claim the following, depending on the club associated with your season ticket:

• Bristol Bears - Home, Away or Euro Youth size shirt
• Bristol City - Home, Away or Third outfield Youth size shirt
• Bristol Flyers - Home or Away Youth size jersey

If you require an Adult size shirt or would like to upgrade to a long sleeve shirt (when available for Bristol City) then you are able to and will need to pay the difference in price.

Additional items can be purchased in the same transaction when claiming the free Youth shirt/jersey.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO CLAIMING YOUR SHIRT

ONLINE:

• Select your size and add the 2025/26 Youth shirt/jersey of your choice to your basket.
• Click Checkout.
• Login using your Bristol Sport Club Account details connected with your Season Ticket.
• Scroll down to 'Use Gift Cards'.
• Enter your personalised gift card number into the ‘gift card number’ field and the pin number into ‘PIN’. Please note, this is a ‘gift card’ not a ‘promotion code’ or 'gift voucher'.
• Upon entering your code, the amount payable will reduce by the allotted amount.
• Complete your purchase.

IN-STORE:

• To claim your 2025/26 Youth shirt/jersey in-store, please remember to bring your personalised email that contains your gift card number. We will not be able to complete your transaction without it.
