Free delivery is available on UK orders over £100.
Worldwide Delivery:
For any fans living outside of the UK, we are pleased to offer worldwide delivery in conjunction with DPD delivery service. Find out more here.
Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch your order between 2-3 working days, with the subsequent delivery taking 1-2 days. Whilst we aim to achieve these timescales, during periods of high demand dispatch may take up to ten days.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in transit once your parcel is with our courier. Please allow a sufficient amount of time if you need your order for a specific date.
Signing for parcels:
All parcels must be signed for, and it is the customers' responsibility to make themselves available for delivery. The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your parcel to Ashton Gate.
Click & Collect:
We are pleased to offer a Click & Collect service to our online customers. You can choose this option at the checkout phase of your order.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for full refund (excluding postage), within 28 days of your purchase date, as long as the items are in their original sold condition and are not personalised.
